Island Our Lucaya Resort is in the heart of Grand
Bahama Island. 7.5 acres of sandy beaches, sparkling
blue waters, tropical surroundings, and a children's

The 2007 Feast of Tabernacles will be held at the Sheraton Grand
Bahamas Island Our Lucaya Resort. The sand-colored
walls, honey-toned furniture, and brightly colored
fabrics in the 478 guest rooms and suites will give
feast goers a taste of paradise. All rooms and suites
feature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper (SM) Beds for the ultimate
good night’s sleep.
There is an abundance of activities for families to
share together or separately. Pool games, crafts,
and athletic competitions are offered daily around
the pool and on the beach. Kids will love the sand
playground and 35-foot-diameter wading pool. For an
additional fee, Camp Lucaya offers supervised activities
for children age 3-12.
Adults will appreciate the Sugar Mill Pool, with a 60-foot-high
stone tower and "quiet" section with an
adjacent 10-person spa tub. There are also two magnificent
golf courses and the 25,000-square-foot Senses Spa
& Fitness Center. 14 restaurants and cafés serve
numerous delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and
dinner.
The Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort shares a
372-acre resort complex with a sister hotel, the Westin
Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort. Guests enjoy

Additional Information
New Passport Requirements
as of January, 2007
New passport restrictions for air travel to and from the United States
and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean will
take effect in the new year. Travelers will be required
to have a passport or other secure, accepted document
to enter or re-enter the United States with all air
travel. Most travelers can find information on our
website at Sheraton.com

All room rates are quoted inclusive of applicable
state and local taxes, as well as Daily Breakfast
per person,
Children under 12 years are free if sharing
with an adult. The rate also includes gratuities for
maids and bellmen.
The rates
will be available 3 days
prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject
to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.

PROCEDURES:
Attendees
should request an application from Kingsley Mather
at kingsley_mather@ucg.org. It will contain a reference
number that should be used in all correspondence with
him. The form should be completed and faxed to fax
number that is shown on the application form. Brethren
can telephone 1-866-837-4186 toll free if they have
questions about their reservation to attend the United
Church of God, Feast of Tabernacles.
Brethren that do not have access
to a fax machine can mail their application to the
address at the top of the application. All
reservations will need one nights deposit guaranteed
by a major credit card.

All
services during the Feast will be held in Our Lucaya
Resort Convention Center, Freeport, Grand Bahama,
Bahamas. The room is air-coditioned, so regular Sabbath
attire as is worn in North American congregations
is appropriate however men may wear slacks, dress
shirt and tie. Dress for all other activities is casual.
The
inaugural service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday,
October 13, 2008.
